We meet folks every day, who say "I'm working out 2 hrs a day", "I eat clean", "I am training for a marathon", "I don't squat heavy 'cuz it's bad for the knees"... Blah, Blah, Blah... The silly bullshit is rampant! If YOU want or NEED change, when you know there is a better way, and when you finally figure out the "so-called experts" are full of shit... it's time to find real coaching... Conventional wisdom has led us down a crooked road. Straighten up and fly right!

Since ive been a personal trainer and exercise information publisher for over a decade ive seen so many different trands in the market and tryed every type of exercise imaginable. I want to say im now in the best shape of my life with a combination of home gyms and crossfit. Its the best combination becuase its time effecient and always fun. Keep up the great work, great site!
