At Hc2, having a plan, read PROGRAM, of what you will be doing to further your progress toward your GOAL is every ones first step on the road to success. We take care of this part… The second step is actually tracking this plan, and the resulting progress, or lack there of, this is where you come in. Tracking results and outcomes is the function of your training log. You are keeping an accurate training log, right? Using our LogWod program, a simple notebook, or ANY other means, to track your workouts EVERY time is a HUGE plus! Keeping records of your PR lifts, conditioning workouts, nutrition, as well as recovery variables can greatly assist you and your coaches in “dialing in” your progress. Keep it accurate, accessible and up to date! If you need advice on how, where or why to record your workouts just ask!
Here is a bonus tip! Take a pic of the whiteboard after your workout, and save it!
