1. Sign up! Rx or Scaled
2. Buy in for $20
3. Complete “Helen” for timed score on January 30th
4. Be consistent with training, nutrition and sleep/rest for the next month.
5. Practice your “weak links” (KB swing, sprinting, pull-ups) as needed.
6. Re-test “Helen” on February 29th!
